Your loved one deserves to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, and that's exactly what we will provide.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide quality care wherever the patient calls home. By treating our patients in their homes, our staff can detect changes, manage symptoms, and report them to the physician. Medical professionals are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

About Us

Helping Hands Hospice, LLC is focused on providing high-quality care and patient satisfaction - we will do everything we can to exceed your expectations.

Our in-home hospice was founded in 2012 by medical professionals with over 25 years of combined experience caring for patients in the CSRA. Our team consists of Home Health Aides, Registered Nurses, Physicians, Licensed Social Workers, Chaplains, Dieticians, and Volunteers.

We seek to be the best healthcare provider in the area by offering the most compassionate care for our patients. It is our goal to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness of our patients, and that is exactly what we do, every day.

Our Services

  • Home/Respite Care

Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. Care can be provided at a healthcare facility.

  • Personal Care and Companion Services

Our team will help with personal care, cleaning, cooking, or doing other chores, giving your loved ones a chance to run errands, go out to dinner, take a walk, or nap.

  • Geriatric Assessment

The Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) is a multidimensional, multidisciplinary diagnostic process used to determine medical, functional, and psychosocial problems and capabilities in an elderly patient who may be at risk for functional decline.

  • Counseling and Bereavement Services

We offer help with dealing and managing emotions of grief like anxiety, guilt, or fear that you may associate with a loved one on hospice.

"During the final period of his life, my late father was in the care of Heping Hands Hospice. As a caregiver at home, I interacted with the hospice staff on a regular basis. I found the hospice staff very caring and compassionate. The cheerful face and encouraging words of the visiting nurse always put my father at ease. Again, thorough attention to the needs of my father made my work a lot easier. I am satisfied that my father received quality care through this hospice."
